PLMERP Process Expert (Windchill Focus) Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Noida Immediate joiners preferred Role Overview We are looking for a PLMERP Process Expert with strong Windchill expertise to define, optimize, and integrate engineering and enterprise processes across PLM and ERP systems. Experience 510 years of professional experience Strong experience in Windchill PLM implementations and process design Experience working with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams Key Responsibilities Design and optimize PLMERP business processes (Engineering Change, BOM Management, Document Control) Configure and implement Windchill workflows and data structures Align engineering processes with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Define integration touchpoints between Windchill and ERP systems Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Ensure adherence to best practices in product lifecycle management Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with PTC Windchill Expertise in Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR), BOM, CAD integrations Knowledge of PLMERP integration concepts Understanding of manufacturing and product development lifecycle Experience in process mapping and optimization Preferred Skills Experience integrating Windchill with SAP ERP Familiarity with ThingWorx, Creo, or other PTC tools Knowledge of data migration and system harmonization Other Requirements Immediate or short-notice availability Excellent communication and business-facing skills.
