Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37611 Work Model Position Type Salary Range Location: INDIA - PUNE - BIRLASOFT OFFICE - HINJAWADI Title: SAP FICO Subcontractor Description: Area(s) of responsibility Minimum 2 E2E Implementation, Experience in integration with other module, SAP Costing module experience is mandate : SAP FICO Consultant (711 Years of relevant Experience) Location India (Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Remote/Hybrid) Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 710 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP FICO solutions, ensuring alignment with business financial processes and compliance requirements. SAP FICO Implementation & Support Lead and execute end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements Configure and support FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing) Manage integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, WM) Business Process & Requirement Management Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and gather business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications (FS) Work closely with Finance stakeholders to optimize processes Configuration & Customization Configure Chart of Accounts, Company Codes, Taxation, Currency, and Financial Closing processes Support GST/local statutory compliance (India-specific requirements) Testing & Deployment Prepare and execute Unit Testing, SIT & UAT Support go-live, cutover, and hypercare activities Support & Incident Management Provide production support (L2/L3) Resolve posting errors, reconciliation issues, and reporting gaps Required Skills & Experience - Strong expertise in SAP FI & CO modules - Experience in GL, AP, AR, Costing, and COPA - Knowledge of financial closing processes - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred) Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or IT CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred Experience 710 years of relevant SAP FICO experience Minimum 23 end-to-end implementations Soft Skills Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) First Time Right (FTR) in configurations SLA adherence for incident resolution .
