Senior Network Tech Lead

As a Senior Network Tech Lead, your role will involve leading the implementation and support of robust LAN, WAN, Data Centre, and SDN/SD-WAN solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting Low-Level Designs (LLD) and technical solution proposals to customers. - Engaging directly with customers to understand requirements and manage technical calls. - Ensuring successful project delivery, implementation, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. - Guiding and mentoring a team of Junior network engineers to drive technical excellence and team development. - Acting as the technical escalation point (L2/L3) for complex network issues and critical incidents. - Defining and enforcing network documentation standards to maintain a comprehensive engineering document library. - Collaborating with OEMs, vendors, and cross-functional teams for implementation, integration, and support. - Executing or supporting network migration, integration, and transformation projects, including service recovery and improvement initiatives. - Documenting and handing over the implementation, support hyper care. Your qualifications for this role should include: - 10+ years of hands-on experience in network implementation, support, and operations. - Proven experience leading projects and operations in customer environments. - Strong fundamentals in Routing & Switching (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VTP, EtherChannel, HSRP, VRRP, VSS, VPC, VDC, FEX, Fabric Path). - Hands-on experience with Routing & Switching, Velo-Cloud SDWAN, Aruba ClearPass, and Cisco ISE, DNAC. - Experience with SDN/SD-WAN platforms, network security platforms (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA), and cloud networking expertise in Azure and AWS. - Certification Requirements: CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification is mandatory. Azure AZ-700, AWS ANS-C01 or equivalent certification is good to have. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage project delivery effectively. - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills, along with strong documentation capabilities.
