About the role
You are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the dynamic team in implementing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud applications, specifically focusing on Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) modules. Your role will involve collaborating with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translating them into system configurations. Additionally, you will provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud and OTL, troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as conduct training sessions for end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud and OTL functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud and OTL modules. - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations. - Provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud and OTL, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Conduct training sessions for end-users on Oracle HCM Cloud and OTL functionalities. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Time and Labor (OTL). - Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. - Experience in Performance Management. - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with knowledge of Benefits Administration, Core HR, ESS/MSS, Absence Management, Recruitment, Payroll, Oracle Fusion, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and Oracle Cloud Security. They are looking for individuals with 7-10 years of experience in this field.
