Technical Lead - Integration Business Analyst

Technical Lead-Integration BA Area(s) of responsibility Sompo is seeking an Integration Business Analyst with expertise in Guidewire and SAP systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing integration solutions that enhance business processes and support operational efficiency. This role demands a thorough understanding of system mapping, data structures, and business process workflows. Working knowledge of SAP-RI, SAP-CD is preferable. Knowledge and experience with ACORD Standards will be preferred. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical specifications for SAP and Guidewire integration projects. Analysis and Design: Analyze business processes related to insurance policy management and SAP functionalities, designing integration solutions that leverage both Guidewire and SAP systems.
