As an Associate in the Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics team at BlackRock, you will play a crucial role in building and evolving data solutions that empower decision-making across HR functions. Here's what you can expect in this unique opportunity: Role Overview: You will be tasked with building and owning core reporting solutions, designing and delivering data solutions, reports, and dashboards that cater to various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include crafting complex custom Workday reports, developing data models, and ensuring accurate, timely access to data for HR leaders. Additionally, you will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing to post-production adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver data solutions, reports, and dashboards for HR functions - Craft custom Workday reports to serve business needs - Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle - Develop tactical and long-term data models for scalability - Manage the Workday release management process - Design and maintain Workday integrations - Be the central connector of HR technology stack - Participate in the migration of HR data to Snowflake - Build Snowflake data models and pipelines - Create Power BI dashboards and reports - Utilize strong visualization skills to drive action Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in building impactful HR data solutions - Deep expertise in Workday reporting and data modeling - Proficiency in Workday integrations and Snowflake - Ability to build executive-ready Power BI dashboards - Strong data visualization and storytelling skills - Attention to detail and data privacy - Proactive problem-solving and communication abilities In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who brings energy, ownership, and curiosity to the role.
