Technical Support Executive

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist in report generation, system testing, and project coordination while providing essential technical support to the team. Key Responsibilities: Generate and deliver reports as per prescribed formats and timelines. Conduct testing of various modules before final implementation. Coordinate with teams across design, development, optimization, testing, and deployment phases. Provide necessary technical support to team members as required. Assist with basic IT troubleshooting , including printing, system operations, and MS Office support . Work with MySQL databases and handle declarative query language tasks. (Preferred) Basic understanding of PHP is a plus but not mandatory. Be willing to travel or relocate to client locations anywhere in India as per project requirements.
