Technical Support Executive (Database)

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive – Database to design, implement, and maintain high-performance database systems while ensuring data security, integrity, and availability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-availability database systems tailored to user requirements. Design and implement databases based on end-user information needs and business objectives. Conduct regular testing and evaluations to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize efficiency. Provide technical support for basic user-level tasks , including printing, system troubleshooting, and MS Office support . Maintain data backup, recovery, and security protocols. (Preferred) Basic understanding of PHP is a plus but not mandatory. Requirements: Strong knowledge of SQL, database security, and data integrity best practices . Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
