Job Title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer C++ Experience: 5+ Years Location: Pune Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Our teams contribute to next-generation Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) , Digital Cockpit, Automotive Digital Services, Body Electronics, and Exterior Lighting systems. We are looking for experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineers to develop and maintain embedded software for Body Control Module (BCM) and Exterior Lighting applications while collaborating with global engineering teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Develop, integrate, and maintain Embedded Software for automotive ECUs. Design and implement software using Modern C++ and Python . Lead technical discussions and act as a single point of contact for software development activities. Collaborate with Agile teams and support Scrum-based software development. Analyze and refine high-level system requirements into detailed software requirements. Create software architecture, detailed design documents, and test cases. Perform defect analysis, root cause analysis, debugging, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with software quality standards, coding guidelines, and development processes. Support software integration, validation, and continuous improvement activities. Strong programming skills in Modern C++ and Python . Hands-on experience with automotive communication protocols including CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet . Experience working with RTOS , software architecture, and embedded systems. Good understanding of ISO 26262 and ASPICE development processes. Experience with GitHub, JIRA, CodeBeamer, Zuul, Lauterbach, and Google Test . Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Certified Scrum Master is an added advantage.
