About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to lead our infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable platform delivery, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines. Lead automation of cloud infrastructure provisioning and management. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource usage. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments and releases. Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and foster team knowledge sharing. Proven experience in managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Demonstrated ability to lead DevOps projects and mentor engineering teams. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack. Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Strong communication and leadership skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
