Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to own and drive the design of our consumer-facing digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. In this role, you will lead end-to-end product design across digital touchpoints, shaping intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences used by millions of customers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders, acting as a design owner for key product areas while contributing to our global design system and product strategy. What Youll Do Product & Experience Leadership Lead the design vision for consumer-facing digital experiences across mobile and web platforms Own end-to-end design delivery from discovery and concepting to high-fidelity designs and launch Translate complex product and business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences Advocate for user-centered design decisions using research, data, and usability insights App & Web Design Design responsive, production-ready interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms Ensure seamless experiences across different devices, screen sizes, and interaction patterns Create clear interaction flows, navigation systems, and UI components that scale across the product ecosystem Maintain consistency across digital touchpoints while improving usability and efficiency Design Systems & Quality Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability across platforms and products Maintain high visual and interaction quality while balancing speed and delivery Ensure designs follow accessibility and usability best practices Collaboration & Influence Partner closely with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and define experience outcomes Collaborate with Engineers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation Present and communicate design decisions clearly to senior stakeholders Mentor and support other designers, helping raise the overall design bar What Were Looking For Experience 3-5 years of experience in product, UX, or digital design with ownership of complex products Proven experience designing mobile apps and web interfaces Experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams Experience designing for international or regional markets is a strong plus Skills Strong UX thinking with excellent visual and interaction design craft Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred) Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility, and usability best practices Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints Confident communicator who can influence without authority Portfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating: End-to-end product design thinking Mobile and/or web interfaces Clear problem framing, process, and impact Nice to Have Experience designing for retail, hospitality, fintech, or high-traffic consumer products Familiarity with accessibility standards in global markets Experience designing products used across multiple regions or markets.
