Location - Bangalore Face to Face interview on 18th Jul 2026 Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Python Backend Developer with strong experience in designing and building scalable backend applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, and be proficient in developing secure, high-performance RESTful services. Exposure to Generative AI/RAG-based applications will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python. - Build and enhance RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Django, and Flask. - Develop scalable and secure microservices-based solutions. - Integrate databases, third-party services, and cloud-based applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements. Required Skills - Robust experience in Python backend development. - Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, and/or Flask. - Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and API Security. - Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar. - Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). - Strong understanding of software design principles and backend architecture. Nice to Have - Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based applications. - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks. - Understanding of LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and AI-powered search solutions. - Experience with Azure OpenAI or other Generative AI platforms.
