IT Administrator Service Desk

As a System Administrator at Boutiqaat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT operations. Your responsibilities will range from troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to supporting onboarding/offboarding processes and assisting users with IT-related queries. Here's a breakdown of what will be expected from you: - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively - Provide support for onboarding/offboarding processes including account management and device setup - Assist users with password resets, access issues, and general IT inquiries - Support Windows environments, including Active Directory and group policies - Monitor system performance to identify and address potential risks proactively - Help manage backups and perform basic data restoration tasks - Enforce IT security policies and ensure endpoint protection measures are in place - Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation accurately - Provide support for CCTV and surveillance systems - Handle hardware setups, installations, and deployments - Travel to regional sites to provide support for kiosks, POS systems, and handheld devices - Create user-friendly guides and knowledge base content for easy reference Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - 35 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical roles - Experience supporting users in a corporate environment - Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP - Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business applications - Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VPNs, routers, and switches - Solid understanding of IT security fundamentals - Bonus: hands-on hardware repair skills at the chip level - Fluent in English (required), knowledge of Arabic is a plus At Boutiqaat, you will face new challenges every day, have ample learning opportunities, and contribute to building a smarter and more efficient operation.
