Job Description - Product Manager Lead (HNI Wealth & Investment Products) Position Product Manager Lead - HNI Wealth & Investment Products Location Mumbai About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Manager Lead to drive the development, strategy, and enhancement of wealth and investment products catering to HNI and UHNI clients. The role will focus on building differentiated investment solutions, improving client experience, and driving product innovation across wealth and capital market offerings. The ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of HNI client requirements, investment products, wealth advisory ecosystems, and digital wealth platforms. The role requires close collaboration with wealth sales, investment advisory, research, technology, operations, and compliance teams to create scalable and client-centric product offerings. Key Responsibilities - Lead the product strategy and lifecycle management for HNI and UHNI wealth products. - Design and enhance investment offerings across: - Mutual Funds - PMS & AIF products - Structured Products - Bonds & Fixed Income Solutions - Equity Investment Products - Alternative Investments - Wealth Lending / Margin Funding solutions - Develop differentiated wealth solutions aligned to HNI client needs and market opportunities. - Work closely with Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors to understand client expectations and improve product positioning. - Build curated investment journeys and portfolio-led solutions for affluent clients. - Drive digital wealth initiatives and improve customer experience across investment platforms. - Collaborate with technology teams for product implementation, platform enhancements, and integrations. - Coordinate with compliance, legal, operations, and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment. - Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and identify emerging wealth trends. - Monitor product profitability, client engagement, product penetration, and AUM growth. - Support sales teams with product training, investment positioning, and go-to-market strategies. - Build partnerships with AMCs, PMS providers, AIFs, and other investment product manufacturers. - Prepare product notes, investment frameworks, business requirement documents (BRDs), and process workflows. Desired Candidate Profile - MBA / CA / CFA / PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred. - 8-15 years of experience in: - Wealth Management - Private Banking - Stock Broking - Capital Markets - WealthTech / Fintech - Strong understanding of HNI/UHNI investment products and wealth advisory ecosystem. - Experience in managing wealth products for affluent clients is mandatory. - Good understanding of capital markets, investment advisory, portfolio solutions, and alternative investments. - Exposure to digital wealth platforms and client experience management preferred. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify business opportunities and scalable product solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
