AEP Lead

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer with expertise in AEP Data Engineering, Data Modeling, RTCDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The candidate will design, build, and optimize customer data solutions enabling real-time personalization and omnichannel customer journeys. Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable AEP solutions. Create and manage XDM Schemas, Field Groups, Classes, Relationships, and Datasets. Configure Identity Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, Merge Policies, and Sandboxes. Build batch and streaming ingestion pipelines and integrate enterprise data sources. Design enterprise XDM data models and identity stitching strategies. Develop RTCDP audiences, destinations, and audience activation. Design customer journeys in AJO with personalization and offer decisioning. Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud products and external systems via APIs. Optimize ingestion, segmentation, and journey performance. Required Skills AEP: XDM, Identity Service, Profile Service, Query Service – Data Distiller RTCDP: Segment Builder, PQL, Destinations, Audience Activation AJO: Journey Design, Events, Offers, Personalization SQL, Python, JSON, REST APIs Cloud platforms (Azure), Git, Postman Preferred Experience Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics, Workfront Web SDK, Mobile SDK, Edge Network, Adobe Certifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years software/data engineering experience. 2+ years hands-on Adobe Experience Platform experience. Strong understanding of CDPs and Agile delivery. Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management. Analytical problem-solving. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
