Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions to support complex quote-to-cash business processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions. Design end-to-end CPQ architecture aligned with business objectives, industry best practices, and platform capabilities. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and senior developers throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, architecture principles, and governance frameworks. Identify potential risks, challenges, and technical gaps proactively and recommend effective solutions. Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other Salesforce Clouds, ERP systems, billing platforms, and third-party applications. Support quote configuration, pricing strategies, product catalog management, approvals, contract lifecycle, and revenue-related processes. Drive solution optimization, scalability, performance improvements, and system enhancements. Maintain project documentation, solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing guidance, project updates, and solution recommendations. Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. .
