- Senior Architect (AI SDLC Transformation Lead) Role Summary: Own the end-to-end architecture and operating model for AI-enabled SDLC and OpEx transformation across fleets. Key Responsibilities: Define and evolve the AI-enabled SDLC architecture and operating model across products and squads Drive integration of AI, automation, and DevSecOps into delivery and governance workflows Establish architectural guardrails, standards, and decision frameworks for scaling AI initiatives Align business outcomes with technical architecture, ensuring measurable efficiency gains Guide optimization of squad structures, role mix, and delivery patterns using data insights Partner with stakeholders to embed experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement Skills & Experience: 15+ years in architecture, engineering leadership, or large-scale transformation programs Robust experience in cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices Proven track record in SDLC transformation, DevSecOps, and operating model design Experience driving AI/automation adoption at enterprise scale Strong understanding of Agile, product-based delivery models, and governance frameworks Ability to define KPIs, OKRs, and value realization frameworks Excellent stakeholder management across business, product, and engineering leadership Experience in data-driven decision making and organisational design (squad models) .
