Performance Tester

Job Title: Performance Tester Location: Noida Sector 68 Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 3-8 Years Key Responsibilities: Performance Testing • Design and execute Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Volume testing. • Create reusable automation scripts for performance testing. • Analyze application bottlenecks including CPU, memory, DB, network, and thread utilization. • Work closely with DevOps and development teams for performance tuning. • Validate scalability and reliability of distributed systems and microservices. • Prepare performance benchmark and test summary reports. Automation & DevOps • Integrate testing suites into CI/CD pipelines. • Develop automated testing workflows using scripting/programming languages. • Work with containerized and cloud-native environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during release cycles. Required Skills: Performance Testing Tools • JMeter • LoadRunner • Gatling • k6 • BlazeMeter Automation & Technical Skills • Java / Python / JavaScript scripting • REST API Testing • Postman / Swagger • SQL & Database Performance Analysis • Linux commands and shell scripting • Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) Monitoring & Observability • Grafana • Prometheus • ELK Stack • Dynatrace / AppDynamics / New Relic Cloud & Containerization • Docker • Kubernetes • AWS / Azure / GCP exposure Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in microservices architecture testing. • Experience with distributed tracing and observability platforms. • Exposure to banking, fintech, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS domains. • Relevant certifications in performance testing are preferred. Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Nice to Have: • Experience in Shift-Left Testing practices. • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven systems. Why us?
