Full-Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Status: 01 Open Position | Experience Requirement: 3 - 5 Years| CTC: 10-12 LPA Role Overview We are seeking a versatile, agile Full-Stack Developer with strong proficiency across the MERN stack to bridge the gap between user-facing interfaces and robust server-side logic. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of new feature verticalsfrom database schema design and API implementation to client-side state optimization. This role is perfect for a developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys moving fluidly across the entire application stack. Core Technical Stack Required Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSSBackend: Node.js, Express.jsDatabases: MongoDB (Mongoose), PostgreSQL / SQL basicsCaching & Real-time: Redis, WebSocketsDevOps / Tools: Docker, Git, RESTful APIs orchestrationKey Responsibilities & Deliverables End-to-End Feature Delivery: Design, implement, and maintain scalable web features, ensuring seamless data flow and integration between frontend components and backend services.API Development & Integration: Build clean, secure, and optimized RESTful APIs while connecting internal services with third-party automation networks and tools.Database Management: Write performant database queries, design structured schemas, and implement optimization strategies like indexing and efficient connection pooling.State & Performance Alignment: Manage application states gracefully on the client side while building highly responsive UI components optimized for speed across all devices.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering leads, product managers, and UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and user journeys into high-performance code.Required Experience & Technical Background Proven Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional full-stack engineering experience actively shipping software within production JavaScript ecosystems.Dual-Comfort Mentality: Strong engineering intuition on both sides of the stackunderstanding DOM manipulation and state lifecycles just as deeply as async event loops and server profiling.Product-Focused Execution: A background in translating wireframes or visual design prototypes into pixel-perfect, interactive code without losing velocity.Compensation: 1,000,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person .
