About the role
You are a highly analytical, systems-focused Senior Frontend Engineer with 45 years of enterprise-level experience, responsible for driving the architecture, performance, and user experience of Tiffexx web platforms. Your main focus will be leading the transition towards hyper-performant, modular, and highly accessible user interfaces, setting rigorous standards for frontend engineering excellence across MERN stack products. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables - Architecture & Implementation: Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade, highly accessible web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and robust global state layers. - Performance Optimization: Audit and systematically refactor application workflows to optimize Core Web Vitals, minimize bundle sizes through code-splitting/lazy loading, and implement strategic client-side caching. - State & Data Management: Establish clean abstraction layers for handling complex asynchronous application pipelines, offline-first states, and real-time WebSocket or data polling mechanics. - Component Library Ownership: Develop and scale a robust, reusable, atomic-designed UI component library fully compliant with WCAG accessibility guidelines. - Technical Leadership: Collaborate with the CTO and Product Managers to translate functional product requirements into resilient architectural solutions, lead code reviews, and mentor engineering peers. Required Experience & Technical Background - Proven Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of professional engineering experience delivering production-ready frontend solutions in modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems. - State Management Depth: Extensive experience in handling complex client-side global state, caching invalidation rules, and race-condition preventions. - Build Systems & Bundlers: Solid understanding of frontend build automation systems, dependency graphs, tree-shaking mechanisms, and production build configurations. - Testing Rigor: Strong background in automated UI validation testing using unit, integration, and End-to-End (E2E) automation platforms. If you are hired for this position, you will be paid a salary ranging from 700,000.00 to 800,000.00 per year, and the work location is in person.
