Civil & Structural Erection (Section Head)

Role & responsibilities : Oversee and manage all aspects of Civil & Structure Erection for the construction of thermal power plants Develop and implement strategic plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient project completion Experienced in Structural Fabrication of critical & super critical power plant. Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and other departments to streamline project workflows Monitor and control project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve desired project outcomes Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the construction process Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues proactively Conduct regular site inspections and assessments to verify compliance with project specifications Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance construction processes and productivity Education Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of Civil & Structure Erection techniques and methodologies Proficiency in construction project management software and tools Expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications In-depth understanding of construction materials, equipment, and industry regulations Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in construction projects Non-Negotiable Skills: Proven track record in Civil & Structural Erection for thermal power projects Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large-scale construction projects Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices Experience 22-30 years of experience in the Thermal Power industry or structural erection. Proven track record in Civil & Structure Erection for the construction of thermal power plants Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and supervising large-scale projects Design engineering not preferable for this role.
