Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Precast

Objectives: Maintenance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of precast manufacturing equipment and facilities. This position demands a thorough understanding of precast industry standards and best practices. Role & responsibilities : Developing and implementing maintenance procedures to ensure the efficient operation of precast manufacturing equipment and facilities. Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they escalate. Collaborating with the production team to schedule Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and conducting repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime. Managing inventory of spare parts and equipment to facilitate prompt maintenance and repairs. Providing technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during maintenance activities. Documenting maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections for future reference. Participating in the evaluation and procurement of new maintenance equipment and tools. Collaborating with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance requirements. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B. tech - Mechanical (Fulltime) Experience: 5 to 10 Yrs (Construction Field experience is Preferred)
