Technician – COE Seeker (Mechanical)

Proficient in CAD software and basic simulation tools. Ability to select appropriate materials for specific applications. Proficient in applying mechanical engineering principles to defense projects. Should have worked on small fixtures like gimbals, three axis machining Conducts standard analyses using software independently. Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural components. Hand-on experience of drilling, machining and cutting Knowledge of thermal simulations and result analysis. Performs standard material tests independently; analyzes results. Tests composite materials for missile applications. Understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Proficient in assembling and integrating mechanical systems for defense applications. Independently performs assembly and integration of mechanical sub systems Proficient in advanced manufacturing processes and quality control. Basic Knowledge on UT (Ultrasonic Test), DPT (Dye penetrant test), tensile strength, etc. Basic knowledge on CG & CMM measurements Communicates project status and technical details to stakeholders.
