About the role
Role Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to lead implementation, deployment, and support of finance and controlling processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver robust financial solutions, optimize processes, and ensure seamless system integration. Key Responsibilities SAP Implementation & Delivery - Lead SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation and rollout projects - Work on Finance Closing Cockpit, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial consolidation - Support month-end and year-end closing activities Controlling & Finance Operations - Manage Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting - Handle Product Costing and Profitability Analysis (COPA) - Work on Results Analysis, Overhead Assessment, Settlement, and Unsettled Costs Business Analysis & Solution Design - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements - Conduct gap analysis and provide system-based solutions - Translate business needs into functional specifications Stakeholder Management - Facilitate workshops with business users - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT for solution delivery - Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members System Enhancements & Optimization - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation - Recommend and implement system enhancements - Work on SAP Fiori applications for improved user experience Skills & Competencies - Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO - Hands-on experience in implementation and deployment projects - Deep understanding of finance and controlling processes - Experience with SAP Fiori applications - Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders .
