IT Property Support Engineer I

1–4 years of overall business experience, including hands‑on experience supporting or maintaining Information Technology systems. Must be able to obtain Non-Key MS Gaming License and Responsible Vendor Certification. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and support practical solutions. Ability to provide technical input, recommendations, and assistance based on experience, working collaboratively with senior engineers and stakeholders. Effective communicator with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to work productively in both collaborative and challenging situations. Experience working with vendors and service providers, assisting with coordination, issue resolution, and follow‑up. Contributes to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment through cooperation, reliability, and accountability. Adapts quickly to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining focus on service quality and delivery. Must be able to quickly assimilate data and communicate corporate information to key external and internal (employee) audiences. Must have the ability to deal effectively with executive clients (internal and external). Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at the assigned desk area. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to participates in an on‑call rotation to support outages and after‑hours incidents. Must be able to accommodate in supporting a 24x7x365 environment.
