About the role
As an Oracle EPM support analyst, your role involves supporting the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management suite of products, including Oracle FCC, Planning, and Tax Reporting. You will be responsible for tasks of medium-to-high technological complexity to improve business processes, enhance consolidation, planning, forecasting, and tax reporting functionality. Key Responsibilities: - Reporting to the EPM Support Lead on support and development activities as required - Ensuring EPM operations meet consolidation, planning, forecasting, and tax reporting objectives - Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions for business automation on Oracle applications - Administering/configuring Oracle EPM modules - Building and maintaining calculation scripts, business rules, dimension builds, data loads, and batch automation scripts - Managing and monitoring the Oracle load process, data validation, and addressing load issues - Overseeing master data management and governance for Oracle EPM - Ensuring application compliance with policies, procedures, and change control processes - Providing primary support in the development, testing, and maintenance of reports and dashboards utilizing ad-hoc queries, Smart View, Financial Reporting reports, and other tools Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or a qualified accountant - 5 years of EPM experience with complex enterprise integrated systems - 3 years of practical configuration experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Applications - Advanced knowledge of multi-dimensional database management and object-oriented design - Familiarity with core business processes including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, projects & grants, budgeting, and forecasting - Proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud products - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working independently with minimal supervision across different time zones Calderys is a leading global solution provider for industries operating in high-temperature conditions, specializing in thermal protection for industrial equipment.
