Role Responsibilities Conduct manual testing on Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service Cloud, Communities) Log and track defects; align test cases with business needs Support client onboarding, data loading, and issue resolution Create billing reports, customer success dashboards, and training guides Key Deliverables Accurate and complete test plans, scripts, and reports Timely identification of defects and risks Seamless client onboarding and support case tracking Periodic quality reports for internal and customer use
