Role Responsibilities : Execute manual testing across Salesforce modules and document defects Collaborate with teams to align test cases with user stories and specifications Perform regression testing and support customer onboarding/data loading Track client issues, generate support and invoicing reports Key Deliverables : Maintain quality across Salesforce implementations Ensure smooth onboarding of customer data Provide timely resolution to support issues Generate operational reports for billing and customer success
