Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer Experience: 5+ Years Job Location: Bengaluru Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions focused on CMDB health, Service Mapping, Discovery, Event Management, and overall IT infrastructure visibility. Key Responsibilities: CMDB Management Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB architecture. Configure and manage CI Classes, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and CI relationships. Ensure CMDB data integrity, completeness, and compliance. Develop and maintain CMDB health dashboards and reports. Perform CMDB audits, data reconciliation, and remediation activities. Define and implement CMDB governance processes. ITOM Development & Administration Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including: Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Cloud Discovery Orchestration Operational Intelligence Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery-related issues. Develop custom patterns and probes for infrastructure discovery. Manage Service Mapping implementation for business-critical applications. Integrate monitoring tools with Event Management.
