Junior Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Junior Business Analysis at Capco, a Wipro company, you will have direct responsibilities that include: - Understanding data sources, composition, rules of reporting required by different applications and ensuring data completeness & accuracy. - Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. - Reconciling data sets & trace data evolution through transformation processes. - Performing root cause analysis on CHANGE the BANK and RUN the BANK issues. - Preparing functional specifications, proof of concepts, test cases for reports and enhancements in the General Ledger platforms, Finance systems and Risk System. - Creating and establishing processes and handoffs between different global & local teams. - Participating in multiple evolutions & projects, updating project documentation and determining daily priorities. - Performing integration, system & regression testing to ensure software reliability and performance. Qualification Required: - Technical Skills: AI Knowhow, SQL Basic will be an advantage. - Education Level: Bachelors degree.
