Cost Accounting with SAP S/4HANA Controlling

Role Overview: You will be part of Capgemini Invent, contributing as a transformation consultant by utilizing your strategic, creative, and scientific skills to collaborate closely with clients in delivering innovative solutions tailored to address their current and future challenges. Your role will involve providing strategic advice on revenue and cost accounting to the controller of an organization, implementing changes in various accounting areas, and leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling for Cost Accounting. Engaging with business stakeholders, designing accounting processes, configuring SAP S/4HANA Controlling, conducting business workshops, training users, and testing processes will be key responsibilities in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advice on revenue and cost accounting, including changes in cost accounting, revenue accounting, product costing, transfer pricing, and margin analysis - Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Controlling for Cost Accounting - Engage with business stakeholders to design accounting processes and configure SAP S/4HANA Controlling to meet business requirements - Lead business workshops, identify process gaps, train users, and test processes using SAP S/4HANA Controlling - Ability to design SAP PAPM is a plus Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in controlling/business finance team with expertise in product cost accounting, overhead allocation, planning & budgeting, project accounting, and margin analysis - Proven track record in executing and advising on cost accounting requirements, revenue recognition, and transfer pricing - Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards - End-user experience in SAP Controlling, preferably with experience in designing and implementing SAP Controlling in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA - Prior experience in an advisory or consulting capacity is advantageous - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams - Ability to influence change and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership Additional Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in over 50 countries.
