About the role
Job Description Working with multi-disciplinary agile teams, with ability of delivering across industry/ sectors on data related assignments. Liaison with business and technology teams of client and involve in requirement understanding, planning, project execution with timely delivery Contribute to ideating, proposing new assets to strengthen capability/ practise backed with research and perform PoCs and work on building prototypes Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to explain technical concepts to business leaders Primary Skills Analyzing and defining business problems along with understanding of technology landscape (Architecture, HLD, LLD etc.) Identifying, defining business goals, KGIs, KPIs and designing workflows Proficient in creating business/ project documents (BRD, FRD/FSD, Logic Doc etc.). Experience in project management tools like Jira/ Confluence/ Azure Devops etc. Good to have ability of understanding & responding to RFPs, creation of business case (open in terms of functional/ domain knowledge) Strong technology acumen, data analysis skills (MS Excel/ basic SQL), creating wireframes and knowledge of BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qliksense etc.) Effectively communicating to internal/ external stakeholders based on data for decision making Experience in IT project delivery by methodologies like Waterfall, Agile Secondary Skills Basic understanding of key technology trends like Data analytics, Cloud tech (AWS, MS Azure etc.) and business cases around it. Basics of data analysis using R/ Python etc. Good to have knowledge of data transformation, data mapping, operations, and basics of ETL tools.
