Lead Pharma Solution Architect

Your Role As a Lead Pharma Solution Architect / SI SME, you will drive strategic consulting, AMS assessments, solutioning, proposal leadership, and transformation initiatives for global Life Sciences clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, helping organizations optimize their application landscape, modernize operations, and accelerate business value realization across the pharmaceutical value chain. This role requires strong Pharma domain expertise combined with experience in AMS solutioning, application portfolio assessment, transformation roadmap definition, and stakeholder management. In this role, you will: Lead Pharma AMS assessments, solutioning engagements, and proposal development activities for global clients. Conduct application portfolio analysis, application rationalization, and modernization assessments across the Pharma ecosystem. Facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities. Develop target operating models, transformation roadmaps, solution blueprints, and strategic recommendations. Lead application inventory assessments, criticality mapping, and support model definition exercises and operational excellence programs within Life Sciences.
