Requirements : Ability to translate business requirements into digital transformation, automation, and AI-led manufacturing solutions.Strong experience in Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, and Smart Factory operations. Deep knowledge of manufacturing business processes including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Asset Management. Understanding of MES, SCADA, PLC, DCS, Historian, and Manufacturing IT/OT systems. Experience in Industry 4.0, IIoT, Digital Twins, Connected Factory, and Data Analytics solutions. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with plant operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. Proven ability to lead consulting engagements, solution design, pre-sales support, and manufacturing transformation programs. Experience with Industrial Automation products from automation customer/vendors.
