Job Description- SAP FICO Lead Key Responsibilities: - As an SAP FICO Lead Consultant, you will: Lead and deliver SAP FICO projects across multiple business units. Configure and implement SAP FI & CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling. Manage SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Provide business process design, solution architecture, and testing support. Ensure system optimization and continuous improvements. Mentor junior consultants and manage cross-functional teams. Must-Have Skills:- 8 to 12 years of experience as SAP FICO techno-functional consultant. Deep expertise in SAP FI & CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO). Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration & implementation. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Business process knowledge with ability to design and implement end-to-end SAP FICO solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
