Role Overview: As an inventive transformation consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will provide strategic advice and design on the most efficient and compliant methods for Entity Accounting & Close process with SAP S/4HANA. Your role will involve offering expertise on implementing design in Entity Accounting and Close Process, ensuring compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or other applicable accounting standards. Additionally, you will lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Entity Accounting and Closing process, engage with business stakeholders to design Entity Accounting & Close process, and configure SAP Entity Accounting & Closing process to meet the specific requirements of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advice and design on Entity Accounting & Close process with SAP S/4HANA - Implement design in Entity Accounting and Close Process ensuring compliance with accounting standards - Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Entity Accounting and Closing process - Engage with business stakeholders to design Entity Accounting & Close process - Configure SAP Entity Accounting & Closing process to meet business requirements - Support integration of Entity Accounting with other SAP modules and third-party systems - Lead business workshops to show the process in SAP S/4HANA Entity Accounting and Closing process and identify gaps - Train business users and test processes using SAP S/4HANA Entity Accounting Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA Entity Accounting and SAP Financial Closing Cockpit - Hands-on experience in submodules like SAP FI, SAP FI-GL, SAP FI-AP, SAP FI-AR, SAP FI-AA - Strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP, and other financial reporting standards - Experience in designing and implementing SAP Finance in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams - Prior experience in an advisory or finance capacity is advantageous Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse group of 340,000 team members in more than 50 countries.
