About the role
Essential Functions of the Job Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to client engagements focusing on complex and innovative products and reusable assets Develop solution plans to support business investment decisions, balancing costs, risks, and product quality Create innovative and practical end-to-end technical designs aligned with business strategy and technical environment Work closely with the business/client to meet requirements while considering costs, data privacy, security, business continuity, and system integration Identify, define, and implement reusable assets and standards; ensure adherence and reuse across products and portfolios Apply relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices correctly across programs, projects, and products Contribute to architecture governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities Assess vendor products, understand delivery models, and support implementation Work across multiple projects and stakeholders, setting architectural direction, building consensus, and mediating conflicts Create an environment that promotes collaboration among architects, engineering, product, security, and operations teams Maintain strong communication and organizational skills for operating in global distributed teams Cultivate relationships across business, IT, and vendors to gain insights into enterprise and industry trends Recognize and advocate for emerging technologies and quality practices through mentoring, hackathons, and internal communities Guide teams in resolving complex architectural issues and escalating project-level challenges Basic Qualifications Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive product adoption Minimum 3 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience with enterprise applications At least 3 years working with multinational customers in technology and sales support roles Demonstrated ability to develop enterprise architectures in complex environments Experience with cloud solutions, virtual platforms, software development, and operational frameworks Understanding of security, risk, compliance, disaster recovery, high availability, and networking Experience with large-scale system integration across public, private, or hybrid cloud platforms Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BTech or BE – CSE or IT preferred) Preferred Qualifications Master's degree preferred Experience architecting and operating SaaS product and cloud platform solutions Proven communication skills across internal and external organizations
