Lead Product Manager

You will be the Lead Product Manager at Car Dekho Group, responsible for owning a core Product vertical. Your role involves setting the product strategy and execution, working closely with engineering and design teams, analyzing customer data, and making informed decisions in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your vertical, encompassing short-term execution to long-term goals - Manage end-to-end product delivery, including problem definition, solution design, prioritization, launch, and iteration - Oversee consumer and/or platform product aspects, such as buyer-facing journeys, supply-side tools, or both - Define success metrics and take accountability for achieving them - Lead AI and ML initiatives in your vertical, identifying opportunities for intelligent improvements and owning the implementation process - Manage a team of Product Managers and/or Associate Product Managers, providing mentorship, setting goals, and ensuring high execution standards Qualifications Required: - B.Tech + MBA from a reputed institute - Minimum 6 years of experience in product management within a product-centric technology company - Demonstrated ownership of consumer or platform products at a significant scale - Hands-on experience in AI/ML product development, collaborating with data science teams for implementing intelligent features - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, funnel analysis, and experiment design - Ability to bring clarity and prioritize tasks in complex problem spaces - Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and influence - Action-oriented mindset, with a focus on fast iteration and data-driven decision-making - Previous exposure to marketplace, classifieds, fintech, or automotive product domains - Prior work experience in a rapidly growing consumer internet company At Car Dekho Group, you will be part of a team that is revolutionizing personal mobility in India.
