About the role
About The Opportunity A fast-scaling tech innovation partner in the enterprise SaaS and digital transformation space, we empower large enterprises across BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare to unify customer data, streamline operations, and automate workflows via intelligent Salesforce ecosystems. We architect scalable, secure, and API-first Salesforce integrations that bridge legacy systems, cloud platforms, and third-party toolsdelivering end-to-end visibility and real-time decision-making for global clients. Role & Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise-grade Salesforce integrations using Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.Architect data synchronization workflows between Salesforce and external ERPs, CRMs, marketing platforms, and legacy systems.Build and optimize custom Lightning components, triggers, and batch processes to support complex business logic and high-volume transactional needs.Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs.Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata using Git, Copado, or Gearset to ensure seamless deployments and version control.Support performance tuning, security reviews, and debugging across sandbox and production environments to ensure system reliability and compliance.
