Sr. Site Engineer (Construction)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site execution experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities and site execution.Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.Manage manpower, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to construction standards.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, and measurement records.Verify contractor bills, BOQs, and material consumption.Resolve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.Monitor procurement and availability of construction materials.Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
