Process Engineer -EMS

Role & responsibilities Manage and optimize SMT/PCBA manufacturing processes. Support production, troubleshoot process issues, and drive continuous improvement. Handle RCA, Process FMEA, and assembly line commissioning. Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process development and quality improvements. Preferred candidate profile BE/Diploma in Electronics. 8+ years of experience in EMS/SMT/PCBA manufacturing. Strong knowledge of SMT, THT, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001. Hands-on experience in process engineering, RCA, and FMEA. Aerospace/Defense electronics experience preferred. Exposure to AS9100, NADCAP, APQP, or PPAP is an advantage. [
