Senior Manager Digital (Mumbai)

Job Description We are looking for a Senior Manager Digital & Product Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within the engineering function. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Python, SQL, AI/ML, Data Science, and product management, along with experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise digital solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development and implementation of digital products and engineering solutions. - Manage and mentor a team of developers. - Drive AI/ML, automation, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. - Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Business teams to deliver innovative solutions. - Define product roadmap, monitor KPIs, and ensure successful product adoption. - Troubleshoot technical issues and support enterprise digital platforms. Required Skills - 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation/Product Management. - Robust hands-on experience in Python, SQL, AI/ML, Data Science. - Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, APIs, Cloud, Data Lakes, and Data Pipelines. - Experience in team management and stakeholder collaboration. - Exposure to EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing industries is preferred. Qualification - B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Engineering/Computer Science/Data Science. - MBA or relevant certifications in AI/ML, Product Management, or Cloud technologies are an added advantage. .
