Sr. Engineer (Lift & Escalator)

Position: Sr Engineer Lift & Escalator ( Metro Railway construction ) Qualification Graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a reputed institution. Experience Minimum 12 years of total experience. At least 5 years of experience in Metro Railway construction projects . Experience in the installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance of lifts and escalators in large infrastructure projects is preferred. Key Responsibilities Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of lift and escalator systems for Metro Railway projects. Review design drawings, technical specifications, and vendor submissions. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and relevant standards. Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and support project handover activities. Ensure project progress aligns with schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Required Skills Strong knowledge of lift and escalator systems, installation practices, and relevant codes/standards. Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage contractors. Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
