QA Automation Engineer (Python + Selenium)

As an experienced QA professional, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for complex integrations and APIs supported by the team - Utilize Python-based automation and Selenium to automate test cases and validate API behavior and integrated system reliability - Design and contribute to test strategies, plans, and test cases during requirement reviews and test planning - Execute test cases and document bugs, risks, and resolutions with clear evidence - Participate in Agile ceremonies and use Jira and Confluence for tracking, communication, and documentation Qualifications required for this role include: - 8 - 12 years of experience in QA, including 7+ years of hands-on automation testing - Automated testing and test automation execution experience - Proficiency in Python for building and maintaining automation test suites - Experience with Selenium for UI/API-adjacent automation workflows and reliable test execution - Familiarity with test strategy, test case creation/execution, and defect documentation for API integration quality If you have Selenium testing automation experience with Python-based frameworks, it would be considered a plus. The ideal educational background for this position is any graduation, with a preference for Information Technology.
