About the role
Job Title AWS Devops (Face to face drive on 4-July-26) Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development and operations by designing, implementing, and managing robust continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Depending on your experience level, you will either be a core contributor to our infrastructure automation or take on a leadership role in designing highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures. Key Responsibilities - Cloud Infrastructure: Provision, configure, and manage AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, EKS) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. - CI/CD Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions to ensure seamless software delivery. - Containerization & Orchestration: Deploy, optimize, and manage microservices architectures using Docker and Kubernetes. - Monitoring & Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch) to track system performance and establish proactive alerting. - Security & Compliance (DevSecOps): Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines, manage secrets securely, and ensure AWS environments adhere to industry compliance standards. - Collaboration: Work closely with software developers and QA engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and streamline code releases. Experience-Based Expectations Mid-Level (4-7 Years Experience): - Focuses on maintaining existing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure. - Handles day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, and incident response. - Writes automation scripts and manages configuration tools under the guidance of senior architects. Senior & Lead Level (8-12 Years Experience): - Takes ownership of the overall cloud architecture, capacity planning, and automation strategy. - Implements advanced zero-downtime deployment strategies (Blue-Green, Canary, Rolling). - Leads cross-functional technical initiatives, defines infrastructure governance, and mentors junior engineers. .
