About the role
Key Skills: Approval workflows, Rest API, Power automate, Power platform, Power Apps, Workflow, Dataverse, ITIL, Powershell, Troubleshooting Roles and Responsibilities: - Act as an escalation point for complex Power Platform, workflow, and integration issues; monitor workflow execution, logs, alerts, and platform health. - Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and issue resolution within SLA timelines; support major incidents and disaster recovery exercises. - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and workflow automation solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate. - Build scalable approval workflows, notifications, and reusable automation components; support connectors, workplace strategy, governance, and deployment lifecycle management. - Develop and maintain PowerShell automation and integrations with REST APIs (including OAuth, JSON/XML payload handling) to support enterprise operations. Skills Required: - 6-8 years of relevant experience in Power Platform development, automation engineering, and application support. - Power Platform development with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and workflow automation including approval workflows. - Enterprise integration experience using REST APIs and custom connectors, including handling JSON/XML payloads and OAuth authentication. - Operational support experience for production-critical Power Platform solutions, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - PowerShell scripting for automation (scheduled tasks, reporting/monitoring automation, and environment maintenance) and API automation. Good to Have: - ITIL certification or exposure to ITSM best practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Release management). - Troubleshooting depth for complex production issues and global enterprise support experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professio .
