Key Skills: Troubleshooting, Analytical Approach Roles and Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Hyper-V hosts, virtual machines, and virtualization services. Maintain and optimize Hyper-V architecture to support stable and scalable virtualization operations. Administer Failover Clustering for high availability and disaster recovery readiness. Manage Live Migration workflows to minimize downtime during host maintenance and capacity changes. Configure and monitor Hyper-V Replica and VM high availability features to ensure data protection and continuity.
