About the role
Key Skills: Oracle DBA, OCI, Oracle Ebs, Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition, SQL Server Roles and Responsibilities: - Administer Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments including monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support. - Perform Oracle EBS patch management across Application, Technology Stack, and Database; execute Oracle R12 AD & TXK patching and CPU/PSU patching. - Provision, configure, and administer ATP databases in OCI, including database lifecycle management (cloning, scaling, backup, restore, and patching). - Manage Oracle database backup/recovery using RMAN; implement and monitor backup and recovery strategies. - Conduct performance monitoring and tuning for ATP databases using OCI monitoring tools; support Oracle architecture components such as WebLogic/OHS, concurrent managers, and workflow. Skills Required: - 6 - 9 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in enterprise-level environments. - Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition and Oracle DBA experience in enterprise-level environments. - Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) environment management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) hands-on administration including Compute Instance, Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN), Object Storage, and Compartments. - Oracle database performance tuning, backup/recovery, and RMAN; user/schema/role/privilege management. Positive to Have - SQL Server performance monitoring and tuning (Profiler, Execution Plans, DMVs, Performance Monitor) and high availability features such as AlwaysOn Availability Groups. - Experience with log shipping and replication for SQL Server environments. Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. .
