Job Title: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead Experience: 5+ Years (Mid to Senior Level) Work Mode: Remote Employment Type: Contract - 3rd Party Payroll with MNC (PF Deduction Applicable) Background Verification: Mandatory Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead to support and lead Oracle Cloud Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiatives. The ideal candidate should have robust functional expertise across multiple SCM modules, experience in AMS (Application Management Services) engagements, and the ability to lead a team while working closely with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Lead the Oracle Fusion SCM functional track and manage a team of consultants. - Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions within Oracle Fusion SCM. - Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules. - Handle production support activities in an AMS environment. - Analyze and resolve functional issues raised by business users. - Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. - Provide functional guidance and mentor junior team members. Required Skills - 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM. - Strong experience in the following Oracle Fusion SCM modules: - Inventory - Order Management (OM) - Procurement - Costing - Hands-on experience in AMS/Application Support engagements. - Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred). - Knowledge of Oracle Redwood UI. - Understanding of Oracle Embedded AI and AI Agents. - Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading Oracle Fusion SCM support or implementation projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment .
