Role: Senior: Power BI Developer Semantic Modeling Total Experience: 4+ years Employment Type: Fulltime Perm, 5 days WFO Location: Mumbai As a Power BI Developer on the Data Services team, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade reports, dashboards, and semantic models that transform curated data into trusted, actionable analytics. Sitting at the intersection of data engineering and the business, you will lead requirements discussions with stakeholders, finalize specifications, and deliver high-performance Power BI solutions driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Requirements Stakeholder Engagement - Facilitate requirements discovery sessions including workshops and stakeholder interviews to elicit, document, and validate reporting needs, KPIs, data definitions, and acceptance criteria before development begins. - Translate finalized business requirements into detailed report and model specifications (data source mapping, field definitions, filter logic, visual layout) for stakeholder sign-off, serving as the authoritative development blueprint. - Review and analyze data insights to provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and decision-makers; communicate status updates, risks, and blockers to leadership proactively. - Participate in product design reviews, agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinement, sprints), and cross-functional collaboration with business analysts, data engineers, and non-technical business users.
